Pre-Bid Services
Basden
Steel offers complete pre-bid estimating and design assistance for
development of the structural steel package. Our sales and estimating
team evaluates the project in design, giving suggestions to the
contractor involving conceptual pricing, value engineering, and
pre-staging of equipment. This allows the customer to design the job
with an informed perspective on the effects of the structural steel.

Superior planning and coordination of construction
From the day of award, we
will work with your representative to develop a construction sequence
to best fit your needs. This sequence will be used to detail,
fabricate, and erect the project to achieve the earliest possible
completion dates and to put other trades to work as soon as physically
possible. Our unique ability to sequence delivery and coordinate our
in-house erection team provides you the best delivery available,
living up to our promise of seamless service. As soon as your project
representative is available, we will meet and develop a sequence and
schedule that assures you that steel will be available as soon as
foundations are in place to erect upon.

Modern fabrication facility utilizing CNC-automated
equipment
Basden has two fabrication
shops that can reach a good portion of the southern United States. In
Burleson, Texas, our 60,000 square foot fabrication plant is located
just minutes from Chapparal Steel, one of the world's most efficient
steel mills. Using our own trucks, we are able to draw from virtually
unlimited resources of mill product. The shop utilizes Controlled
Automation equipment, including CNC-controlled beam and angle line
machinery. Operating in Claremore, the Oklahoma division was recently
added in 2005. This 41,000 square foot facility offers added
efficiency and productivity to the quickly-growing Basden family and
